Myen attaches to spinal cord @ cervical flexure. Midbrain-dien back end of hypo & posterior commissure. Tectum roof of cerebral aquaduct only seen in midbrain superior & inferior colliculi. Tegmentum floor of 4th ventricle and cerebral aquaduct all parts of brainstem. Base basis pedunculus (mesen/midbrain) desceding motor pathways & substantia nigra. Cervicomedullary section: substantia gelantinosa, spinal trigeminal tract and gracilis and cuneatus and pyramidal decussation. Pretty much al cn nuclei lie in this area. Caudal aspect of pons: large part of 4th ventricle. Caudal midbrain: little bit of cerebral aquaduct hole. Oh oh oh to touch and feel virgin girls vaginas. Some say marry money; but my brother says big boobs matter. Nucleus is medial dorsal superior to test: stick out tongue straight lesion umn=deviates to weak side (opposite of lesion). Enters via foramen magnum leaves via juglar foramen. Brachial motor (swallowing/speaking), visceral sensory (taste), parasymp (heart/lungs/gi), general somatic sensory (sensation from pharynx/meninges), visceral sensory (chemo/baroreceptors of aortic arch) .
