Identify social identity more than the personal identity. *in the dominant social groups they identify more with the personal identity whereas the discriminated groups (blacks in america) would identify more with the social identity* personal identity - personal characteristics of the individual. *we all look at the world from personal perspective but the social comes in in the way we shape the world.
