Low level disorder and declining serious crime rates. Code smaller areas: when communities decline, it clusters in small areas so code that way. Identifying the mechanism at work and see how they align with broken windows philosophy: disorder/low level crime seen as: Look for ecological advantages, environments conducive to crimes.
