Recall that we have learned in canada that the homicide rates are higher in the west and the north than in other parts of our country. After reading this chapter, a few links between higher homicide rates i the northern and western parts of the company were easily made. Brookman explores the relation ships of many different factors that could potentially be related back to homicides, like poverty, culture, races, ethnicity.
