High thc strains without cbd (anti-psychotic effects) Most cannabis users do not develop schizophrenia (less than 1%: may trigger it in at-risk individuals. Although cannabis use has increased in western countries, see no corresponding increase in schizophrenia rates. Discourage use: individuals with family history of psychosis, adolescents, high thc; low.
