Task conflict: about the job at hand and people believe that there are different approaches to do the job and look at different perspectives to look at the job. Process conflict can hinder positivity and you want to reduce process conflict and allow task conflict to emerge. Individuals strive to win the conflict rather than achieve a good solution.
