Spaial percepion and route indings are impaired: staring with unfamiliar places and then progressing to more. Clearly impacted judgement: cannot funcion independently outside the home. Need help in hygiene, feeding, dressing, etc. May not recognize spouse, children, or self in a mirror. Clear signs of neurological dysfuncion: ex. seizures, inconinence.
