Identifiable contributions: factor of whether people believe that their own contribution will be recognized. Contributions impact: another fact of social loafing is whether you believe your efforts will have an impact on the groups performance, if you work hard it will benefit the group. Group cohesion: morale, team spirit, and solidarity of the members in the group, cohesiveness is an essential characteristic that transforms a collection of individual people into members of a group.
