Theory: explanaion for a broad range of observaions that also generates new hypothesis and integrates numerous indings into a coherent whole. Theories are general principles or explanaion of some aspects of the world or human behaviour whereas hypothesis are speciic predicions that can test he theory or speciic parts of it. Not the same as opinions of beliefs.
