Reproduction involves minimal investment in time, risk, energy. Behavioral outcome success by seeking more partners with high reproductive potential. Uncommitted sex, greater number of partners, younger and attractive (healthy) partners. Reproduction involves maximal investment in time, risk, energy. Maximize reproductive success by seeking partners willing to invest material resources in offspring. Less uncommitted sex, fewer partners, look for status and resources (income) in partners. Critiques on evolution of approaches to human sexuality.
