Overall, i thought the article was very well written. The purpose of this article was to explore a new level of judicial politics and new scholarly information to explain it. It really is interesting seeing the last u. s election play out and seeing how trump being the republican candidate was really a mega political issue that divided the party. As i was reading the article and ran listed his case studies every other case study i thought of he ended up mentioning. I thought it was interesting that he explained how old constitutional laws that came into place during george bush"s father"s era ended up influencing his election results. I also thought it was interesting ran went into detail describing how the canadian constitution worked and why if would not have been binding had quebec tried to leave canada. I think he proved every section of the article well.
