Comparing two samples means: formulate hypotheses, h1 women are likely to have more positive feelings about elizabeth may than men. Wednesday march 1st, 2017: draw a conclusion, the chance that we would reach these findings if h0 were true is only 0. 21%. We therefore reject h0 and conclude that women are indeed likely to have more positive feelings about elizabeth may than men. We want to know if young people like justin trudeau more than old people. We call everyone under 50 young and everyone over 50 old, and use a survey question asking people to rate their sympathy for trudeau on a scale from 0-100. We find that the average young person gives.
