Total of 10 seminars: no seminar on the week of the midterm or on the last week of the classes. 1 mark per seminar with maximum 9 marks (1 freebie) Marks are awarded based on the quality of your seminar reports, not for your attendance: individual reports and group reports. Reports should be done during each seminar and submitted to designated dropbox on courselink within 24 hours: today"s due tomorrow at noon. Sign-in sheet for each seminar (how you get your marks) Each seminar includes two parts: 1. Combination of hard and soft skills in order to be successful in the workplace. High performance standards: quality, timeliness, thoroughness. Respectful: regulate behaviour, decorum treat others politely. Caring: proactive, initiative, take ownership, concern. Other-orientation (clients, coworkers, etc. : service to others, accept compromises, accommodate others" needs and desires.
