Move back and forth, need to ind balance: unproducive interdependence leads to gridlocked conlicts. Perceived incompaible goals: this is what we ight about, seen as incompaible because: Perceived scarce resources: resources could be any posiively perceived physical, economic, or social consequence, two resources are perceived as scarce in relaionships.
