Soy protein is also considered to be a good rep in the health world because of its high content of protein, amino acids, and fibre. Soy protein is made from soybeans, which is a grain that is very high in nutrition value. Soybeans contain healthy doses of proteins, carbohydrates, fat, many different types of vitamins and minerals. The soybean has an 38 gram protein content which is very high.
