Microsoft project: produce, detailed cost breakdowns, total program labour curves, cost distribution tables, functional cost and hour summaries, raw materials and expenditure forecasts, variance reports, time analysis reports, work status reports, pert/cpm 6 steps. Define project and prepare the work breakdown structure. Develop relationships among the activities, decide which activities must precede. Assign time and cost estimates to activities. Compute the longest path: critical path- computed longest time path through a network. Use the network to help plan, schedule, monitor, and control the project. Critical path: activities on the critical path will delay the entire project if they are not completed on time. Forward pass- determines earliest completion time, not critical path.
