Successful orgs tap into diversity of employees to bring diff ideas to innovate and thrive. Dictatorial leader: the org can never be better than that one person. Any job you have is an opportunity to shine: show work ethic and commitment to quality. Bring the best of yourself to the job and youll stand out and be noticed. Be curious and analyze, enhance success of org. Seek to be the answer to someones problem. Be the one solving problems not raising them. They can get better and grow from that. Mistake is an investment: allows you to see what expectations really are. If want ppl to make judgement calls and try new ideas, must allow for mistakes.
