Learning styles important to consider when training employees. No agreement on the learning style that works the best, depends on people. People use all 3 to learn but generally there is one that is dominant. May take lots of notes bc keeps busy. Highlighters, colored pens lose interest unless can move talk to themselves. Myers briggs test somewhere on the plane of the 4 aspects. Helps to know how best will relate to ppl. Most used personality test in the world cycle some people take more time in 1 quadrant than another: ex reflect a lot but. As age, don"t usually change don"t go do it. Multiple intelligences: developed in 80"s so more recent. Not just science and math (iq: logical intelligence) Not about how smart you are but how you are smart could be terrible at math but very musically talented. All 8 aspects combined to make up your intelligence.
