A small group escaped the trojan war (aeneas and his family) Aeneas ees the burning city with his father (anchises) on his back and his son (julus) Aeneas is special because his mother is venus (aphrodite) Aphrodite loves her son and saves his life from a warrior in battle. She visits him as he his escaping because he wants to ght in the battle, he does not want to run away because he is not a coward. She says not to go back and ght because he has a bigger destiny than to die in this battle. He is then visited by the ghost of hector who says the same thing.
