In system design, the algorithm determines how the system will turn the initial data into the final information. How a development team decides to develop their algorithm often depends on the language and the restrictions that they are working with. The system development life cycle (also known as the software development life cycle or just sdlc) is the general process through which an information system or a piece of software is developed.
