Phenols: for protecion funcion as ani feedants in plants numerous beneicial efects for humans taste biter to predators oils of clove, thyme, fennel and olive anioxidants. Coumarins: cure for eczema and psoriasis some are very poisonous or cause serious skin burns parsley, giant hogweed, clover, celery.
