Information reminds in your preconscious until you require the information, at which point it is transferred into your conscious awareness: dad"s birthday, plans for tonight, etc, unconscious. Deepest level, containing most of the content of our minds. We are unaware of this content and cannot become aware of it except under special circumstances. Eating, sleeping, sex & comfort: superego the personal conscience.
