Often the same global actors cooperate on some issues and conflict over others, example: china and taiwan. Complex relationships can be bilateral or multilateral. Example: usa and china, six party talks (dealt with north korea nuclear program) Globalization drives he world economically, socially, and politically. We do make choices to globalization to a certain degree but it also an natural process.
