Interdependence ( controls what goes in and out the state), how the borders are regulated. West- international race of sovereignty that was an outcome of westphalia sovereignty. Westphalia sovereignty means state has the right to expect that its borders will be respected by other states. International legal sovereign states have the right to participate in the making of agreements .
