Capitalist, liberal, democratic, economically independent and would never go in war with each other. Zone of peace: when these countries compete, they do so in enactment of a peaceful mechanism. Pluralistic security community karl deutsch said these communities consist of harmonious states that they don"t feel a threat to each- other. A place where the security dilemma doesn"t exist.
