Review of systems (common head and neck symptoms: headache, facial pain, neck pain, limited rom (range of motion, lumps or masses, s&s of hypo/hyperthyroidism (signs and symptoms) Gather equipment (gloves, stethoscope, glass of water) Have client sit at the edge of the examining table facing you with head at eye level.
