Partner with people where they work, home, etc. to promote health: community health nurses of canada identify the following values as ideals which help to define and guide the organization: Way more successful at the end with partnership. Social justice and health equity must attend to the poorer populations too (racism). Territories most work in community health. Delivery structures and processes: a generalist practice, a focused practice, a care process approach case management, palliative care, etc. not a singular issue, community health must know the community!
