Education and literacy if you have better literacy, you will more likely get employed, and understand the health risks and follow protocols for them (ex. Someone who has poor literacy has trouble understanding health information and is not able to protect themselves from health issues in the community, and more prone to diseases. Unemployment and job security unemployment leads to financial problems, stress and bad coping skills. Someone who is struggling financially will be unable to afford necessities so they might cope by drinking. Employment and working conditions employed, then can afford necessities, if working conditions is stressful and hazardous, it is a risk to their health. Someone who is not employed struggles to maintain their health because unable to afford their needs, someone works in hazardous environment more prone to physical injuries and diseases. Early childhood development health problems in children when they are young, involves maternal behaviours, learning disabilities, exposure to early life stress.
