Tricot knit! tricot machines often use beard needles rather than latch needles! Lament yarns commonly used, because spring beard needles are so ne ! technical back of tricot is often more lustrous than the face (so often used as the right side)! Underlaps across the back - longer oat! tricot knits are identi ed by the number of guide bars used to make them! One and two-guide bar tricot knits are most common ! remember, the guides hold the yarn being fed to the needles! Warp knit notation! seeing the underlaps ! shogs across and switches needles (6 sharkskin)! Nishing is a general term for many processes and treatments! Can also be in uenced by fabric construction and nature of the bre!
