Tailored, often shown cut below and baring the breasts (unsure if limited to goddesses) There appeared to be 3 types of skirts for women. Flared skirt with horizontal bands of color. Skirt made of tiers of ruffles (like mesopotamia) Skirt of uncertain construction (could be wide legged trousers)
