First book of poems, poetic sketches, showed his dissatisfaction with the reigning poetic tradition and his restless quest for new poetic forms and techniques. Used bold rhythms and novel rhymes in his poetry. Moved to a cottage in the country to dedicate himself to his art. After a while, blake became dissatisfied with society. Caused us to lose sight of our own humanity.
