We ourselves create what it means to be human through our time. Cooking as a constructed niche: cooking is apart of a scaffolding mind (it changes our gut, it changes our brains, etc. ) Evolution and health: agate hunter-gathers, the basic reason evolutionary approach can be valuable because evolutionary does not care about us, but we care about what is good for us.
