Diicult to tell who is female need to wear sterile clothing. Fighing between the workers because they amount a person can do is dependent on how much the person in front of you does. Fighing between the workers and the engineers because the engineers set the piece rate. Disastrous plant half is shut down, poor quality and producivity. Looks at producion staisics, not the actual work. Least amount of improvisaion want to hire females, has to hire men. If managers say anything about the poor producion staisics the male workers will become confrontaional. Managers blame the men for the poor producion (have an excuse) To assert their masculinity they need to use a sexual script work ahead to get free ime to hit on the women.
