P: the defendant has been convicted of first degree murder in the death of ms. marshall, her husband, and their three children. The victims were killed execution style with a single gunshot wound to each head. Ms. marshall was a co-worker of the defendant that received a recent promotion. The defendant believed she was more capable and deserving to receive the promotion and acted out of spite against ms. marshall and her immediate family. This crime was premeditated and well planned and ruthless and as such, reaches the threshold of deserving the death penalty. A jury of her peers has found her guilty and the judgement of death by lethal has been applied.
