Animal testing is also known as animal experimentation is a form of research that is used on animals. This is usually done by scientist who is trying to test medicines or new scientific development that will be used on humans. Animal research is really important for researcher and scientist to develop new medicines and vaccines that could treat chronic diseases. Some people thinks that animal research is cruel and all living things have right of living. However, it is undeniable that medical science is nothing without animal testing . there are four reasons why animal testing is necessary. Thus it is important for researcher to test medicine on animal before it is used in humans. Firstly, animal testing advances scientific understanding about how living things work. This understanding can only be achieved through research work. Animal testing is vital in this research process. Animals have the same basic structure as in humans.
