Children who were classified as bullies by classmates at age 8, were the same children who at 19 were significantly more likely to of committed a crime and not achieved well academically. By age 30, these same individuals were significantly more likely to of committed a serious crime, abused a spouse, and had more aggressive children themselves. Interviews and self report measures of aggression at age 30. 60% of males in his studies who were identified as bullies grade 6-9 had atleast one criminal conviction by age 24. In contrast with 10% of control group who were not classified as bullies. More likely to commit crime as adults. Gender differences in face to face bullying: boys tend to bully and be bullied more than girls. 60% of the girls who are bullied tend to be bullied by boys, 80% of boys who are bullied tend to be bullied by boys.
