In a sole proprietorship, the owner keeps all profits and can be your own boss. partnership-two or more owners, usually just two partnerships must have continuity and contractual relations. There is no true limit for continuity of a partnership firm. Disadvantages of a partnership are that there is less secrecy and profits are shared, and unlike a sole proprietor a partnership cannot take their own decisions without consulting the other partner. Corporations are created by filling out an article or incorporation and signing it shareholders have limited liability. An info system should be built according to an explicit goal or set of goals. Info systems help offer services with greater satisfaction to customers. Ipo is the functions of an info system, input, processing and output. Computer based info systems use computer technology to perform some or all of its intended tasks. It can include a personal computer and software.
