Divine command theory an action is good because god commands it. What god commands us to do is right- too broad not divine command. God forbids you to do something, and then it is morally wrong. Even if we have no idea of gods command the theory still exists. No because then the theory would still be true but there would be no rules. If theory false then also no rules even if god exists. God knows what the right thing is and he tells you to do it. We have to establish then what is right and wrong do not depend on gods command. Being prosecuted for corrupting youth by teaching them different gods. Convicted infront of his fellow citizens and sentenced to death. When time to prepose punishment metis said kill him, sockerties said throw him a party. Sockerties had to kill himself because only had 1 valid option.
