(4 ways) Problems with actually taking drugs taking up health care resources (29981), bad for personal health, indirect costs (police, higher rates of motor vehicle accidents) Toxicity: sold w/out appropriate labelling, poisonous, deadly or dangerous (remember what makes a drug toxic- the dose/amount, how it is used, what the user did while on the drug)
