Since age 11, have been secluded most of his life. Spent 33 years lifer (on parole for the rest of his life) Age of 5 mother passed away, come from a very large family of 8. 5 of which were sent to foster care homes (everything went downhill emotional, physical, sexual abuse) Put into a group home with other young teenagers at that time didn"t speak any english (from. Quebec) first time when he encountered with the police and faced the court, sent to juvenile centres, in and out (not very serious charges car theft, shoplifting, weapon charges) Age of 20 came into the federal system. Between the age of 20 and 52, out 11 months in the community (first time he got out was (1983) 1986 got out again, stayed for 3 months. Then came out with a life sentence (life 25 min of 22 years because you"re eligible for parole 3 years before) committed murder in the community.
