Learning includes techniques of committing crime & specific directions of motives & drives. Direction of motives & drives learned from definition of legal codes as favourable or unfavourable. A person becomes delinquent because of an excess of definitions that favour violating law. Crime is learned same way as learning other behaviour. Criminal behaviour is expression of same general needs & values as non-criminal behaviour.
