Information: data with a meaning; difference that makes a difference. Data: not meaningful on its own; requires context to be meaningful. Business process management (bpm): is a field of management that promotes the development of effective and efficient processes through continuous improvement and innovation. Hardware and people are actors, software and procedures are the set of instructions for the hardware/ people.
