Merging: occurs when the two sides and their findings are juxtaposed or interwoven. Example: qualitative typology of racially biased attitudes (cid:272)o(cid:373)pa(cid:396)ed to pa(cid:396)ti(cid:272)ipa(cid:374)ts(cid:859) scores on a measure of racial bias.
