No ovaries or uterus often unaware that they have male traits until puberty when they start to develop facial hair and other facial features. Everybody starts out life as a female!! 1st trimester which is why that is when the first ultrasound is had: female hermaphrodites. Ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, and a penis.
