Stats on number of women graduating from law or medicine 60% are women, enrolledment for women are steadly increasing above men, women have tougher competition, they have to reserve 50% for men, bcz women tend to have better grades. School shapes how the workplace is going to be gendered and the gendering of the workplace. Choose their professions their not really choosing what they thing is a choose is actually cultivated and regulated into it and the reason they choose it because it is familiar and can relate to it.
