You won"t do too much talking because they have financial, physical and emotional power over you. These therapists care about keeping the family together, regardless if it re- victimizes the victim. The victim sits there and hears what they have done to deserve the abuse because the adult has (cid:272)o(cid:374)trol i(cid:374) this situatio(cid:374) : feminists therapy: only concerned about the victim. Want to protect the victim: reconstructive approach: family systems with feminist approach. When you are abused as a kid, you blame your mom as the real problem.
