Definition of a concept usually invoke the definition of other concepts. Conception questions differ from empirical questions even though they may look similar: ex. Theoretical question: do the empirical events fit the definition of our concept how have we defined the concept: ex. Marital rape: changes how people interpret, the meaning of rape.
