Transsexual: intense long term experience of being the sex opposite to their birth assigned sex and typically pursue legal and medical procedures. Two spirit: an english term coined to reflect specific cultural words used by first nation which distinguishes their histories of celebration and inclusion of non heterosexual and non gender conforming people. The conflict perspective on sexual identity culture tends to recognize two sexualities: heterosexual and homosexual. 1800s began talking about sexuality or sexual identities.
