Sociological research enables to discuss social issues in an informed and critical manner. Sociology studies how the social world operates and interrogates the structure and institutions influencing its operation. Sociology looks for (and at) social interaction and social institutions. C. wright mills sociological imagination draws connections between how society work and our personal lives for example: Seeing our lives in the lives of others. Drawing connections between the past and the present. It provides something enjoyable or pleasurable that holds our attention.
