Looking at the news is good but if u go outside then its better than the news. Vision is reliable but if your drowsy then it might not be that reliable. Vision is reliable on color or shape but its not the most reliable way for finding size or mass. Looking outside you can tell if its sunny or not but it wont tell u the humidity level. Evidence is not acceptable if its undermined or overridden by another evidence. Undermined is when the source of the first one is not trustworthy. If the witness is motivated to lie to us then his testimony is undermined.
